  • Don't forget about the Coast to Coast TSD rally happening this weekend.  Click here for more details.
  • Last night's autocross had the best spectator turnout to date. Thank you to all who showed up to see the races and support their favorite driver. Speaking about drivers, we are also having a lot of new faces - this is a very good thing.  We hope to have the pictures up shortly.
  • As you may have noticed the forum section is not working properly right now.  We are in the process of migrating to a new server.  We should have everything up and running in a few days.

Thursday, April 20th

  • The Okanagan British Car Club is once again holding our Thursday Night Autocross Series at McCurdy Corner.

    When?
They start tonight and run every Thursday night until September 7th.
Registration is open at 5:15 pm and the drivers meeting starts at 5:45 pm.  Please note, no late registrations will be allowed.

    Where?
In the parking lot at McCurdy Corner in front of the The Brick, Grand 10 Theatres and Freddie’s Brew Pub.

    Who should attend?
    - Everyone, because we all need to improve our driving skills.
    - Your family members, so that you feel more comfortable when you drive with them.
    - Grads or any kids (with parental consent) over the age of 16 with a driver’s license. This is the best driver training you can give your
children. The concern over them street racing diminishes dramatically, because they’re able to release their driving ambitions safely and legally.
    - They also learn to drive well in a controlled environment, on the track instead of the street. My daughter started at the age of 16 and is now an amazing driver.
    - Car owners who haven’t had the opportunity to fully enjoy their cars.

    Why you should attend!
-TireTrends.com  & Invis mortgage broker Matt Scaife are sponsoring a Novice series. The best five finishes out of the first ten events are counted in the Novice Series. The top novice will win a gift certificate to use towards the purchase of new tires at www.TireTrends.com.
    - To become more competent and comfortable in your car and to learn it’s limits.
    - Because you always thought you were a good driver and now want to prove it.
    - To win a year end trophy.

    What do I need?
    - Thirty five dollars for club membership and weekly entry fees of $15. Punch cards reduce the cost.
    - A car with no looses objects in it.
    - Extra air pressure in the tires, approximately 5 pounds higher than
    normal.
